JFXBuilder is a visual editing tool from ReportMill Software that can be used to generate JavaFX scripts.
JFXBuilder is built on a muture java code base which includes page layout features, Swing component editing, and database connectivity.
In order to help bootstrap the jfx community, JFXBuilder is being made available while still under active development. Users are encouraged to check it out here, and to check out the jfxBuilder team blog.
